Conforme a la presentación del club Once Corazones y habiendo sido suficiente la prueba aportada, se instruye a la secretaria de esta Liga ingresar la tarjeta amarilla con la que fue sancionado al jugador del Club El Nacional Agustín Barrionuevo en su partido vs el club Boca Junior y que fuera omitida en el informe del árbitro del partido.

Se suspende al árbitro Miguel Rossi por 14 días de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el art. 270 inc. d) del RTP.

Atento al pedido de reconsideración de la pena impuesta al representante del club Colegiales, sr Hugo D’annunzio presentado por integrantes de la mesa directiva de esta Liga, a las razones expuestas y habiéndose dictado sanción por este Tribunal en tiempo y forma, se rechaza el mismo manteniéndose la pena impuesta.

Al descargo presentado por el club ARGENTINO JUNIOR, en referencia al partido GARMENSE vs ARGENTINO del día 8 de setiembre se rechaza el mismo por haber sido presentado fuera de término y carecer de prueba fehaciente. Art, 8 RTP

Al descargo presentado por el club ACDC, relacionado con el partido de Divisiones Menores entre BOCA vs ACDC, se rechaza por ex temporáneo. Art. 8 RTP

Se cita al árbitro Sr. Luis Matallán para el martes 23 a las 19:30 horas
