Al descargo presentado por el club VILLA del Parque este Tribunal no hace lugar al mismo conforme las pruebas adjuntadas y a la ratificación del informe arbitral efectúado por el juez principal del partido (Sr. Marcos Porras) y por el árvitro asistente nº 1 (Sr. Rubén Pacheco), en consecuencia se sanciona al jugador EMILIANO CORTES id COMET 4797948 del club VILLA DEL PARQUE con 4 fechas de suspensión (Art. 205, inc. G)
