Al descargo presentado por el club Olimpo y a la prueba fílmica aportada, no se advierte acción que justifique la expulsión de su jugador Kevin Viloria Vergara, en consecuencia se deja sin efecto la tarjeta roja quedando habilitado el mencionado jugador a partir de publicada la presente para disputar la próxima fecha. Art. 33 y 39 del RTP.

Asimismo se corre vista de lo actuado al Colegio de Árbitros, para que evalue el desempeño del árbitro principal del partido en dicha jugada.

Conforme Art. 77 del RTP y habiéndose cumplido los plazos máximos de que dispone este Tribunal para efectuar las intimaciones, se suspende provisionalmente al club Juan E Barra por no haber regularizado en tiempo y forma la deuda que mantiene con la tesorería de esta Liga. En este mismo acto se eleva esta resolución al Consejo Directivo de la Liga a los fines pertinentes. Art.118 y 122 del RTP.
