A las notas presentadas por el club El Nacional en tiempo y forma y, no obstante su respetuoso y extenso contenido, este HTP luego de un análisis exhaustivo y habiendo solicitado ampliación del informe a la terna arbitral del partido disputado entre Once Corazones vs El Nacional, se decide lo siguiente:
1º) No habiendo aportado prueba alguna a las notas mencionadas, las mismas no pueden ser consideradas como un descargo
2º) Todos los argumentos cuestionando el accionar de la terna arbitral no es de competencia de este HTP y deberá dirigirse a las autoridades de la Liga y/o Colegio de árbitros local
3º) En cuanto a la expulsión del jugador Patricio Barrionuevo y no estando claro el accionar de la labor arbitral tanto de la jueza como del segundo asistente en lo referido a esa jugada puntual, no corresponde sancionar al mencionado jugador (Art. 32 y 39 del RTP)
4º) Asimismo, en lo referente a la hora de inicio del encuentro no habiendo prueba respecto a la certeza del mismo, no ha lugar a lo solicitado
