Respecto a la nota y video presentados por el club Deportivo Independencia de A.G.Chaves, sin perjuicio de los argumentos y pruebas ofrecidas, este Tribunal
entiende que la decisión del arbitro fue correcta en su apreciación.
Por ello, corresponde sancionar al jugador Bautista Lleral. Conforme los artículos 35 y 207 inc.m) con 1 partido de suspensión.

Al descargo presentado por escrito ante este Tribunal por el jugador de Deportivo Central, Mariano Salomon, se desestima el mismo por no ofrecer pruebas
que desacrediten la decision arbitral relacionada con su expulsion en el partido que disputo su equipo y el club Argentino Juniors.

Se da vista a los clubes El Nacional y Olimpo por el plazo de 5 (cinco) dias corridos para realizar el descargo correspondiente en virtud del informe ingresado
en el sistema COMET por la arbitra Maite Otaegui, del partido que disputaban ambos clubes y que debio ser suspendido a los 18 minutos del segundo tiempo
por enfrentamientos y disturbios provocados por ambas hinchadas. Art.7 RTP

Se intima al club ACDC por el plazo de 5 dias (primera prorroga), para regularizar la deuda con la tesoreria de esta Liga, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el
Art. 77 del RTP
