Atento al descargo formulado por el club Villa del Parque referido a la expulsión del jugador Bautista Oscariz en el encuentro entre ese club y Deportivo Independencia del 29 de junio, a la prueba fílmica aportada y a la ratificación del informe de parte de la jueza de línea Alejandra Marín, no ha lugar al mismo y se impone la sanción de 3 partidos al mencionado jugador de acuerdo al art. 200 inc. a) 7 del RTP.

Siendo insuficientes los argumentos del club Recreativo Claromeco para la no presentación de la categoría séptima división en el partido que debió disputar frente al club Once Corazones como visitante y habiendo transgredido el art. 109 del RTP, se le aplica la pérdida del partido, la deducción de 3 puntos al terminar el campeonato y conforme el inciso e) de dicho artículo, a abonar una multa de 58 v/e que se fija en $3000,- c/u. Se registra además, el siguiente resultado: Once Corazones 1-Recreativo Claromeco 0. Art. 152 del RTP.
