A la nota de protesta de partido por la inclusión indebida de un jugador presentada por el club Colegiales en relación al encuentro que disputo vs el club Quilmes de decima división el pasado 25 de abril. A las pruebas adjuntadas, las actuaciones realizadas por este Tribunal y a la falta del descargo solicitado al Club Quilmes, se resuelve:
Dar por perdido el partido al club Quilmes (Art.107 inc. a del RTP) con el resultado final Colegiales 1-Quilmes 0. (Art.152 del RTP)
Reintegrar al club Colegiales el importe depositado en concepto de derecho de protesta equivalente a 75 v.e. $5000,- c/u (Art.21 del RTP)
Sancionar al club Quilmes con una multa de 75 v.e. $5000,- c/u. (Art.21 RTP)
